There will be a continuous strategic relation with Tierpoint that is considered as the part of this transaction that helps to permit both companies to give the products properly and services to one another customers through referrals. It will also help to get focus on the capital on the core telecom offers that will be followed in some traditional manner for the services of the data center so that it will enterprise customers through the vast data center footprints.
This data center is a part of the component that is integral for the services offered, this was explained by Tony Thomas who is well known and the president and CEO. The transaction has been approved by both the companies that are expected to be done within next few months for around 2 to 4 months.
