New Jersey Becomes a Hotspot for the Data Center Market

iCIMS, a leading software provider has located its headquarters to a new Class A building in old bridge New Jersey. These moves are because of Telx Data Center’s start on construction of a 100,000-square-foot center in Clifton. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

iCIMS is represented by CBRE who are web solution providing company and it helped iCIMS secure the lease at parkway 120,90 Matawan Road in Old Bridge.

“As one of the fastest-growing companies in the state, iCIMS wanted a location that provided them with an upgraded image and existing conditions, including furniture, that made for an easy transition,” comments Joseph.J.Sarno Jr, executive vice-president of CBRE. “The firm was able to capitalize on existing market conditions to find the best quality space that fit their requirements.”

Kroll, a legal technologies and data recovery provider, is expanding and relocating from another site in Secaucus, situated in the Meadowlands submarket.

“Kroll Ontrack wanted to remain in Secaucus because of the strong mass transit system, as well as access to the Lincoln Tunnel and major highways,” says Sean Brady of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, NJ office, who teamed with Tim Gibson of the firm’s New York office, to represent the tenant.

Telx is creating its C3 Cloud Connection Center at 100 Delawanna Avenue. This will enable the clients to store digital data with connections to various carries located in Manhattan and the surrounding area.
