$3 MILLION PAID BY THE COMPANY OF CEO MARC BENIOFF TO SOLVE SEVERAL PROBLEMS

It was confirmed by CEO and also cofounders salesforce Marc Benioff who used $3 million this year to give away female employees their salaries and also to solve all their problems.

Benioff said ealier this week, “We believe in equal rights for our employees,”

CEO also said “We looked at every single one of our female employees’ salaries, and we adjusted it against all of our male employees’ salaries. We can say we pay women the same as we pay men.”

Benioff announced his promise to the attempt in April and since then the corporation has been operational toward ensuring that women and men in the corporation were paid 100% evenly.

During a CNN interview in June, Benioff said he wished he could go back in time and make achieving women’s equality at work a goal to Salesforce’s founding agenda.

“Looking back 16 years, that was as big an issue as the philanthropy issue is for me now,” he said at the time. Also he said, “Salesforce’s pay parity comes at a time in the US when women earn significantly less than men.”

Robbins told Forbes in September, “This [issue] is not something we’re trying to own ourselves. We want other companies to take notice of it and do something about it.”
