365 Main Completes Equinix Data Center Acquisition

                One of the leading data center operators 365 Main announced that it has completed the acquisition of Equinix data centers in the United States. 365 Main has appointed John Churchill, former Vice President of sales in Equinix. 365 Main has appointed several other managers of Equinix.  This acquisition plan was led by COO Jamie McGrath and CEO Chris Dolan. 365 Main’s acquisition plan was financed in partnership with Brightwood Capital, Crosslink Capital and Housatonic Partners. Acquired facilities are located in Dallas, Indianapolis, New York, Pittsburg, St. Louis, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Detroit, Washington D.C., Cleveland, Chicago, Seattle, Tampa and Buffalo.

               CEO Dolan said, “365 Main now has a national reach with a local focus. In the last decade we earned the reputation of proven data center expertise coupled with high touch customer service, satisfaction and retention. With these newly acquired data centers, we plan to bring that level of service to small businesses up to large enterprises.”

               365 Main has acquired some data center customers along with the facilities as well as some key employees associated with that facility. Some of the employees from Equinix joining 365 Main include Director of operations- East, Rene Vazquez Rivera, Director of Operations – West Jason Kiser and Senior Director of operations Ross Warrington. Churchill will be leading 365 Main’s national sales teams and focuses mainly on winning new businesses and customer retention.
