Datacenter Information/Reports

Does anyone know if there is a report that is released on a regular basis showing some of the following for the datacenter market:

- Vacancy rates
- Total stock
- Take-up analysis
- Fully fitted stock available

CBRE produce a report like this on a quarterly basis in Europe, but I need one for the US market.

Also, is there a list of all datacenter facilities in the US and their relative sizes?

Try Tier1. Understood they recently released a comprehensive DC report. But im sure it will be $$$$

TeleGeography also has a colocation database, but I think it's about the same price range as Tier 1's data.
