I'm interested in pricing on 100Mbit transit from Equinix in either Chicago or dallas to our facility in Kansas City. (1102 Grand, 64106 816-842)

100 Meg pipe from your location to Equinix ?

I believe Cogent and Qwest are in the KC side, both are in Dallas and Chicago. You may want to check with them

Just a though, Cogent is now offering transport for $10/Mb/s I believe. I don't know if they will offer it from there to where you are, but it may be something you may want to check out..
