What about the best WIFI providers for laptop access? Can anyone give me some ideas, I want it to be mobile and do not want to have to go looking for a provider in each location.
Difficult to suggest Wifi provider for the Laptop, because it is depends upon the requirement, however you can check on this link may get some idea: wireless.theispguide.com
Wi-Fi ready laptops can automatically get the signal of a Wi-Fi connection, regardless of the provider. It can connect to it as long as it doesn't have a password.
With regards to mobile, I suggest you get a 3G/4G Phones. They have internet and wifi capabilities.

I doubt that with netbooks, and some routers. It really needs proper building structure and free environment around the radar and user.
Wifi is local - about 100 feet. If you wish wireless broadband, acquaintance a corpuscle buzz company. A company's broadband coverage is about the same as their cellular coverage. If you want to be on the company's LAN, you need XP Pro or Vista Business on your laptop. You need a VPN server on the company's network, and the client on your laptop.
I have a wirless router also. I use Comcast as my internet provider, but I have lots of trouble keeping the signal. I've had them come out several times, but whatever they do to "fix" it only lasts a few days. I am considering AT&T.
