Default Natural Gas Generator

I am looking to implement a generator for my Data Center. Does anyone have experience with Natural Gas generators? Pros and Cons. Any info would be great.

Capacity is usually limited to the size of gas pipe you can get to your facility.

Seeing as you're thinking about a generator, I would guess that you have uptime in mind. Not knowing where you are coming from geographically, I cannot say I would ever use a natural gas fired generator for critical facilities.

You may have supply issues which can stem from volume (as Ken mentioned), backhoes, line ruptures and even seismic events that will can potentially disable the gas supply.

With diesel, you have the fuel on-site. It depends on how much capacity you have, but if you get contracts in place for re-fueling at any time of the day or night and during potential disasters that becomes less of a worry.
