Q: I don't have a switch. Can you rent me one?
A: Yes, we lease cisco and 3com switches - see our order page for pricing.
Q: Can I purchase more power?
A: Single server colo customers can purchase power at $15/a in 1 amp increments. 1/2 Rack and full rack customers can purchase additional power at $12/amp in 20 amp increments.
Q: Do you allow IRC on your network?
A: No, we do not allow IRC of any kind on our network.
Q: Can I purchase more bandwidth?
A: Yes, you can purchase bandwidth in 5mbit increments. See our order page for pricing.
Q: What is your regular setup time?
A: On single servers, we will generally have you set up within 24-48 hours of receiving your eqipment. For rack customers, we will have your rack set up within 3-5 business days (generally sooner), and you are welcome to install your own equipment at that time. If you choose to have us rack up your equipment for you, please allow 2-3 business days after receipt of your equipment.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, and Paypal. We will also accept Western Union on a case-by-case basis - please contact us prior to sending payments via Western Union.
Q: Do you have an IP I can ping?
