Q: How long will the setup time take?

A: SM-IBM/RTO-1 can be setup within 48 business hours. SM-IBM/RTO-2 setup time is within 72 business hours

Q: What happens after the 24 months (or 18 months/15 months) term?

A: As long as you have finished your terms, the server will be yours. You can pick your server up or have us sent it to you. You will be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and taxes. Of course, to avoid any service interruption, you can simply collocate the server with us at discounted collocation price, as low as $105/month

Q: What happens if we don't finish the terms

You agree to return the server to us. Setup fee will not be refunded.

Q: Where will the servers be located?

A: Theser servers will be put inside our private cage in Equinix/Secaucus (just 15 minutes off Manhattan, New York City

Q: Are these servers managed?

A: This server is unamanaged. We only provide the server, power, and bandwidth. You will be responsible for the server management

Q: Do you allow IRC?

A: No, we don't. All IRC related activities are banned from our network. Plese refer to our Acceptable Use Policy in our Master Service Agreement for more details
