Default Receiving TV feed in Data Center

Hi,

I'm productizing an application that performs analysis of live television to update a database that will be looked up by people receiving live television across the country. Ideally I would receive a television feed that is less delayed than what people are receiving in their homes, is there a data center that provides this kind of service?

There are plenty of data centers out there who will give you roof rights for a television antenna, or data centers who can provide you with a feed from an antenna already in place. However, I don't think there's any way short of talking to a television network that you can receive the broadcast before anyone else does.
