Hi,
We are trying to build a thin cloud client platform where clients can save all the files in one place and every work will be in the server. Anyone can tell me the tutorial of this process?

The platform you are trying to make seems like Critix. I think it is possible to use Windows 7 for the client. You can go http://clogeny.com/tech-blog/ for the tutorial. The cloud platform you are going to make is really great. Your users can connect to the server from a bootable client and use all the data from there. For the server I think Windows 2008 R2 would be good.
