NYC Dedicated Windows suggestions

Looking for reviews / suggestions for NYC area dedicated Windows 2003 hosting.

Ideally looking for small, flexible provider who might also consider letting us put in our own firewall / vpn concentrator. Initially looking for one or two servers. Need a few dedicated IP's, daily incremental backups, would like to have full server admin, 24/7 helpdesk
