For a data center operation and maintenance planning, how the management is divided? What group or sectors that I need to cover?

The maintenance management can be divided into three parts. Asset management can look after the asset databases. The work management can look after all the schedules, planning, implementation etc. Spare part management will take care of the parts that will be needed for backup. The spare parts should be listed in the from the very beginning of the data center and all will be stored in a proper place.
