Default Things to consider when buidling a data center

You will need to give some thought to where to build a data center. You should try to find locations that have limited natural disasters. This would include areas with low rates of floods and other natural disasters. It might be a good idea for search for areas that are close to cities while still offering affordable tax rates.

These are valid points. I think you also want a location where you know you will be able to have a large number of qualified individuals form which to hire the people who will work at your data center.

You want to be in an area where you can have the best connections to the Internet. It should be an area well serviced and that is not too remote.
