I would probably shop a used foundry or cisco over the Netgear for this type of application. Just keep in mind that the Foundry workgroup models are very inflexible when it comes to the mgmt VLAN.

Stick to the name brands; Cisco , Foundry, Riverstone.

Don't be cheap! It will just cost you in the long run.

You already have a Foundry, why are you looking for something else now ?
