As IT/Facilities Administrator, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, software installations and hardware set up for all public and dedicated classroom training, as well as room rentals. You will also support local staff, address technical issues and help manage branch equipment.
Your Qualifications:
• Experience in a computer hardware and software set up and support role
• University Degree and/or College Diploma in Information Technology
• Recognized industry certifications
• Familiarity with Windows based operating systems and the MS product
line
• Strong organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of effective customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills
• MCSE/MCSA and or Cisco Certification an Asset
• Experience working in an IT Training Institute an Asset
