Customer Support Engineers are needed for both Mobil Internet Connection (MIC) & CS Core Roles with various Telecommunication companies in the Toronto, ON area:
Mobil Internet Connection (MIC) Role:

Provide technical service and support for Network Monitoring systems, Commissioning, Integration and Datafill of DX200 network element based on the NSN SGSN platform. Work closely with the customer to understand their mobile or fixed line networks and perform configuration of products as needed to ensure the system meets the customer's need and is functioning according to specifications. Also, interface with Engineers across various departments to resolve issues and to share technical and customer information
CS Core Role:
--------------
Provide technical support and assistance for customers using Datafill of DX200 based MSS and IPA2800 MGW products as well as providing in-house support for networks, computers, applications and connectivity. Tasks will include telephone and email support of our products, maintaining the internal incident tracking system, interacting with customers, partners and developers to ensure resolution of issues. *3-5 years hand-on experience with DX200 plateform MSS and IPA 2800 MBW.

·3 years experience in an IT position that required configuring communications networks, staging servers and workstations, setting up workgroups and implementing network and user security policies,

·Ability to develop and document procedures for installation, use and problem solving of servers, software and network equipment,
·Technical Writing for client knowledge transfer and issue resolution
