Can you please explain where this temperature is measured.

If this is air inlet, (measured externally to the server) this is a problem. If its internal or exhaust, this should be OK.

If this is the return air temp back to the CRAC units, it may or may not be a problem, it depends on the air conditioning design.

I heard Internal sensors can also measure temperature .
