What is the best message board for general discussion?

I am currently looking for a forum to join that has funny, friendly people. One that has many members and enjoys using humor and chatting to pass away the endless hours at my boring desk job. Any suggestions?

Any humor forums would do. There are forum site that have a chat board too, which makes the convo more fun.
