Fastservers, Inc. Announces Chicago Expansion

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (February 8, 2005) -- FastServers, Inc., a leading dedicated server provider has announced major expansion plans in the Chicago, Illinois area.

The expansion planned for July 1st 2005 was announced today by company President Ian Andrusyk. FastServers, Inc. has secured space within the Citicorp Plaza building located on Bryn Mawr Ave in Chicago. The Class A office space will become the new corporate home to FastServers, Inc., and will house sales, billing, and server support engineers.

Explaining the decision to expand into a new location, company President and CEO Ian Andrusyk commented: “Our growth has far exceeded original expectations, and the company is taking a pro-active response to continued growth by opening our new office in an area with tens of thousands of qualified potential employees to add to our great team. The Cedar Falls, Iowa area is an amazing place to find hard working, dedicated employees, but the comparatively small population of the area can make it a difficult chore to find individuals technically qualified to work within a rapidly-expanding dedicated hosting company.”

Company VP of Sales & Marketing Aaron Phillips added: “The Chicago office is a direct response to both internal company requirements and the needs of our expanding customer base. A regional operating strategy is one of several complimentary actions that FastServers, Inc. is employing to maintain our outstanding growth.”

The company will continue to house many existing employees in its Cedar Falls locations and will utilize the expansion office primarily for new staffing needs. CIO Terrance Bush and VP Sales & Marketing Aaron Phillips will continue managing the day-to-day operations in Cedar Falls with President/CEO Ian Andrusyk and CTO Travis Schaffner heading up the new corporate office in Chicago.

Andrusyk summarized the new plans by stating: “We are committed to our company mission, which is to be the best dedicated server provider in the industry.
