Hi there ,

There are two kinds of support one is the technical and the second one physical. Technical support is always compulsory and it just like services you provide to customers . This is the basic step to move your business ahead.

You must always offer the best possible level of support. I have been on the receiving end of poor customers support at times. It leaves you feeling frustrated and you are likely to switch companies if you are in a position to do so. You should always provide your clients with kind and knowledgeable customer support solutions.
