Exchange 2003, Blackberry Enterprise Server, SMS, Mcafee Antivirus, Office 2003/2007, TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, VPN Support,

Implementation and maintenance of all server and desktop hardware and software.

Nortel Option 11 PBX phone system support

Excellent analytical and communication skills

I DO NOT have any current certifications

Over 12 years experience in the IT support field
