Default Single Rack DC configurations Roll your own or contractor?

So I have a pair of DC Rectifier racks here at two of our Data Centers. Management wants us to have an outside contractor design, build and maintain the new offsite deployment that we're looking to implement. Naturally this is a change from our past setup which I built myself and maintain myself.

Do folks here roll their own -48 power systems or do they have contractors do all the work? How long does it generally take them? It's not a big system (1 rack, 12,400 watts in an N+1 configuration) but it's pretty critical for our deployment. We cannot get the -48 we need provided by the third party data center vendor.
