- Spyware/Adware Removal
- MS Office 2000/2003/2007 troubleshooting (Must be proficient in MS Outlook)
- OS (Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista)
- Networking (Routers, Switches, Wired, Wireless), VPN,
- Phone support (proper phone manner and etiquettes)
- Writing technical documentations
- Experience with Blackberry and other PDA devices
- Computer Hardware (Computer assembly, hardware replacement)
- Antivirus Products (Symantec, AVG, Nod32, etc.)
- Virtual Machines
- Must be able to identify client server connectivity problems.
- Good troubleshooting skills of e-mail flow.
Assets:
- PHP, ASP.net, MSQL, VB
- Windows Server experience (Windows 2000/2003/2008 servers)
- DNS, DHCP, Wins
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Microsoft Virtual Server 2005/VMWARE ESX
Education:
Required: 3-4 years in Technical Support, Diploma in Technical Support, A+, MCDST
- Good communication and written skills.
- Proper in person manners and etiquettes.
Assets: MCSE 2000/2003/, MCITP 2008,
**Candidate must have his/her own vechicle. Our office is located in Vaughan, however the technician may need to travel on site from time to time to resolve issues at clients site.**
