We currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Senior Consultant with our client who is an InfoSec company. We are searching for candidates who live in or near Toronto Canada.
The ideal candidate for a Senior Consultant role will have the following experience and skills. Demonstrated capability to work effectively individually and as part of a team. Significant technical expertise as well as solid communications as a consultatnt. Strong desire as a Senior Consultant to improve project management and client relationship management skills, (grow with the organization). The Senior Consultants will often be asked to stand in for Managing Consultants – excellent consulting and client relationship skills are a must have for this role. The Senior Consultant’s are on the fast tract to Managing Consultant.
• Minimum qualifications include: CISSP or CISM/CISA or QSA certification.
• Demonstrated experience conducting at least 6 projects as a solo resource as senior team member.
• Delivery of projects sold per SOW or direction from VP/MC
• Meeting minimum revenue goals as defined within the bonus plan
• Completing projects on time, within budget with maximum efficiency
• Driving client adoption and use of company services
• Accurate and timely reporting of expenses as directed by company policies
• Management of projects assigned (including client interaction, deliverables, work plans, etc.)
• QA of all projects assigned and delivered (including deliverables)
• Status reports of all projects assigned
• Personal development to expand/adapt skill set as directed by VP
• Periodically support Sales and Marketing activities to include (but not limited to): speaking engagements; Webinars; meeting/conference attendance; white papers; and thought leadership
• Coaching/mentorship of other team members as requested by the VP/MC
• Represent the Company at all times in an ethical and professional manner
• Ensure that all communications, especially email, are of high quality in accordance with the company’s standard business policies
• Ability to travel up to 60% if necessary
