Customer Support Engineer - Telecommunications (multiple positions) (GTA)

Core Engineering responsibilities include:
Commissioning, Integration and Datafill of DX200 based MSS and IPA2800 MGW
Onsite support, Log collecting and troubleshooting
Acceptance testing for products listed above

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with DX200 platforms MSS and IPA2800 MGW
Must be able to troubleshoot independently and collect logs and alarms for further troubleshooting
Strong Customer communication skills
Self motivated and well organized

Extensive travel required: approximately 50% within GTA
