Richmond Hill, ON – IT business solutions company is searching for a dynamic, professional, self-directed individual for pre-sale demonstrations, post-sale training and implementation of SAP’s BusinessOne ERP solutions. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience with BusinessOne, however other similar products (Dynamics, Great Plains, Accpac, Syspro, etc.) within the SMB market may also be considered.
Potential candidates would possess:
- Mandatory 3-5 years experience in implementing full life-cycle ERP systems and solutions including configuration, personalization, forms, reporting and conversions, specifically BusinessOne preferred.
- Strong knowledge of and industry experience in accounting, distributing, service and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills and work habits
- The ability to provide both pre- and post-sale demonstrations, consulting, training, support and project management.
- Proven abilities in understanding customer requirement and formulating creative solutions (user-defined fields, formatted searches, etc.)
- Capability to perform hands-on diagnosis and issue resolution combined with skills using SQL server database along with a good understanding of the Windows operating system and suite of office automation tools.
- Ability to work independently while building relationships with the team and customer personnel.
Potential candidates with the following would be of significant interest:
- Experience with Navigator’s BusinessOne suite, N’ware’s LISA, e.commerce, Web CRM and other extension modules.
- Knowledge of the SAP BusinessOne SDK toolkit.
- SAP BusinessOne implementation consulting certificate or the desire to achieve this through self-study.
Salary range would be based very much on the experience of the candidate, but will range roughly between 60K and 90K. As with most consulting positions, candidates must have a vehicle.
