Default Cloud cost

Between cloud and datacenter, which one is cheaper and and has the best service? I dont have a high budget so which one should I choose?

hello,
For a tight budget, the best option is Cloud. If you are running a small business then you dont need a huge datacenter infrastructure which may cost you over $15 million per year. You can start with the Cloud and expand the storage if needed. If you use Cloud then you will not need huge budget to begin with. Also, making a datacenter takes a lot of time. If you register for Cloud then you can start very quickly after signing up. So, for your condition, I suggest you to use the Cloud.
