In-Reach IR8000 config

I have a IR8000 consoleserver (In-Reach Element Manager) and am having trouble writing the config changes to memory/boot config.

Every time the changes get lost and the server boots with defaults. When I initialize after making the changes, it makes no difference.

So, does anybody know what to do, to write config changes to the boot config? Like a form of copy run start?
