What is the recommended remote reboot switches to control 4-6 servers?.

Have you looked at some APC models. You can ebay them for about $150-200 for 8 port user/admin level (web interface) reboot switches.

If you are in the US, or use the same power, Then you should look at APC model AP7900.

Besides acting as a reboot switch it shows how much power you are drawing.

Also you can get lots of remote reboot switches for cheap prices at ebay.
