Quick project execution, optimized energy efficiency.
Portal Data Centers (Web 2.0):

Open structures, L2 on periphery, L3 in center.
Serve domestic bandwidth, prefer local storage.
Internet Hosting Data Centers:

Large or small, versatile services.
Primarily external bandwidth, extensive virtualization.
Use iSCSI, NFS, or other Internet protocols for storage.
