How's ATT or ACC for bandwidth, network, reliability, and service?

Network is solid, they have a ton of "eyeballs: (home users DSL, dial up, etc) on their network. Its a good carrier to have for a multihomed DC network.

We dropped them.. High pricing. Unreliable billing and customer support sucked. We dropped a full DS3 with them. Network is robust and reliable however.

Thats where an AT&T wholesaler like TMG comes in, much lower pricing, and we handle the billing. We can assist with the support as well
