Question out of band management network

Hello, I am doing some learning on data center design. Specifically a 2-tier design where server racks (ToR) connect into a aggregation switch using mainly cisco products.

My question is how you I provide an out of band management network?

out-of-band management is a dedicated management channel for maintenance and troubleshooting. The bandwidth consumption would be very minimal for this hence plan your devices accordingly. Priority should be uptime and availability. Ideally create a separate branch from the uplink that is parallel to the main network. Sharing devices would result in failure of the whole idea.
