Build an Animation Studio in India

I am an American. I wish to Put together an Animation Studio in India. At present i'm exploring for computer animators. I decided on India because it is inexpensive than U.S. I would like to fully understand the measures for setting up a organization in India, specifically an animation studio.

Can you guys please guide me out?
