I am building a new data center. Anyone can recommend me the power usage effectiveness for a data center? Which power usage will be efficient?

hello,
PUE or power utilization effectiveness can be 1.0 to 2.0 for any data center. But our target would be getting much power as easily and efficiently as possible. Let me give you an example: you may use 1.2 PUE and get 2000kw a month. Or you can use 1.7 PUE and get 1600kw per month. Which one should you choose? The best option is the first one. So, make sure you are getting the best amount of metric from using lower ratio of PUE.

Default Pue

PUE depends inversely on IT equipments energy. Another variable factor is geographic location like PUE in Alaska is different than in Florida.

Target PUE should be 1.5-1.7.

Hello,
I thing Liebert FPC Power Distribution Cabinet more efficient for a datacenter power usage. Vertiv Power Distribution Unit India provides high quality, flexible power distribution for high-density data centers. Liebert FPC ranges in capacity from 15kVA to 300kVA, 60Hz or 50Hz models. This is a Cost savings of a pre-packaged, factory-tested unit with the flexibility of a custom-tailored power system.
