I am looking for some cheap VOIP phone to test it out. If you have any let le me know.

The VoIP Alaska member recomends a softphone to try VoIP with o big expense to layout. The site VoIP Alaska sent him to has a softphone, a USB VoIP phone, a USB IP adapter, a Broadband Phone Adaptor and a Wi-Fi phone.
What do you consider a real VoIP phone?

I think that what VoIP ALASKA member recommends is a SOFTPHONE.
Maybe the guy is looking for a REALL non-soft VoIP phone.
The VoIP Akaska member now recommends a $17.95 headset to use with the free Viper softphone for your desktop or wireless laptop or use the wi-fi phone if you want a regular VoIP phone.
If they have a headset then they want to try VoIP at no cost then they should go to http://voipalaska.com and download the free softphone and reguest a free account and call PC to PC for free. If they like the sound quality and service then they can prepay and call PC to PSTN at the low VoIP rates.
