According to quarterly maintenance some plans should be there like: - Determine Your Power Needs
- Make A Grid Floor Plan
- Let Your Equipment Determine The Size Of Your Cabinets

The designs all data center are judged by its ability to provide continuous operations for the network services. There are so many data center solutions that will provide you a maintenance service agreement to assures you that their service is reliable. When construction of the data center is complete they can judge what kind of maintenance it needs. Thus I will suggest you to prefer such service provider rather than maintaining yourself.
