Default How to recover my files from harddisc since formatted without taking backup i am usin

hi friends,

i am using windows xp. by mistake my system was formatted without taking a backup. now all my files have deleted. some important files from word and exel i have to recover. some important photos also. is it ossible to recover my foiles after formatting if so pl help me. is there any recover my file software freeware.

pls help.............

Yes you can here are some programs shown on wikipedia

it tells you about them and if you read down to the left a lil you'll see a link to download each file..
