Default Increasing Disk space for applications on a SAN

During the process of inicialization of my SAN I choose a solution that allows me to have more performance, so I create a RAID10 volume that I attached to several LVMs. After some time, I verify that some applications needed more space but performance is not an objective. Knowing that I can't stop my system and I have available all the resources necessary, how can I increase the space of my disk for this applications?

If I understand correctly, you want more space for your application right? Do you have enough space in your volume group? If so, you can extend your volume. What kind of OS are you running? IF you don't have enough space in your volume group, you need to request more san, and then you need to bring it into your volume group, and then you need to extend your LV.
