OP Manager

I have recently been evaluating OP Manager for monitoring our servers. I also would like to monitor the routers and firewall.

When ever I add a router or firewall, I get error messages and can't get the any reports.

Has anyone here used the software and experienced the same problems?

I have a friend who runs a data center and who has been using OP manager for some time and he has been very pleased. Does anyone else have any experience with it?
