Dedicated/VPS/VDS in europe wanted.

Hi! I'm looking for a cheap VDS/VPS (or dedicated possibly) solution. What i need is:

- Server located somewhere in Europe. Will be okay with US if your offer is good.
- IRC allowed. Will only run IRC clients/bouncers/eggdrops, no servers.
- 10-20GB of space or so. Not that important, but a decent amount.
- 128MB of RAM and maybe 400Mhz of CPU power.
- About 10 IPs and a plus if i can manage the Reverse DNS via a control panel or so.
- 10Mbps connection minimum.
- About 200-400GB of bandwidth per month.
- Price range: Maximum $30-40/€25-30. Take or give a few dollars.
- Would be nice with FreeBSD as OS but any UNIX OS will do.


If the datacenter is connected to a Telia GigE-line it will a big plus.
