How much is the standard 100Mbit port price per month?. Is it depend on BW quality?.

100mbps port comes standard with most dedicated servers / colocation UNLESS you wanted a cherper or more expensive plan such as 10mbps or 1000mbps.

remeber with bandwidth you pay for quilty not quantie.
