There are number of key points make datacenter reliability.

1) Power distribution system (main power and ups
power) maximum duration of ups power
2)Datacenter physical security (Location, building
materials and Basement or floor level)
3) Building access and its security system, fire and
bio-gas indicators and much more
4) Number of backbone providers and datacenter High
Availability routing and backbone feeds
5) Much more on technical side..

There should be lots of thing to be considered. If anyone there to share your ideas.

Thank You

I'd say number of network providers and BGP protocol are main factors that constitue network stability. Also redundancy of key network devices like core routers, switches etc.

It's not just the number of networks someone connects to, but the routing aquipment they use, and redundancy in that aspect, as well as a network engineer that knows what he is doing. You also can't forget the power end of things in which you'll need generators, UPS's, etc. Oh, and of course make sure the HVAC is also on redundant power. That was a problem during the Northeast blackouts...
