Default General Issues at DataCenters

What are the general issues or ticket you receive from your clients daily. I beleive most of them will be reboot request. Feel free to share your experience.

Thank You

Well obviously the most commen is reboot requests. Then after that it is probably DNS and Email issues. There are quite a few tickets on reverse dns etc.

Then you get quite a few tickets on problems with control panels.

There are not very many tickets on hardware failure as it is suprisingly rare on how big of a scale it is...

Why don't you just give remote reboot as standard? Wouldn't it save more money in tickets than would be gained in people buying remote reboot?

You are hiring the tech staff anyway may as well get them to do some work

+ it shows your clients how good/bad you are.

I'd have to agree that the majority of the tickets are for a reboot. We always give the customer an option to pay for a Remote Reboot (either one time or monthly) but the majority of the time the customers opt to have us do it.
I agree with Tris, it shows the customer your response time the customer's tickets
