Default How to choose Colocation?

If I want to choose the colocation, Do I have to go for local one or Do I have to check the ping response?. Whare are the main factors that I have to look for?.

The main factor in all hosting is secure, quality uptime. After that, what is most important is where are your customers that you want to service. We have clients from several countries but their clients are in the US so the host with us. It's more important where the end customer is than where you are.
