Data Center Facility Cost Benchmark

Hi,

I'm trying to locate some statistics to benchmark facility costs (lease, utilites, etc.), but haven't had very much luck finding good sources. Could anybody recommend some credible sources, and/or share your experience with datacenter facility costs. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
