Here are some things that I found as features of a green data center. It is obviously a facility that does all it can to reduce its footprint on the Environment. Steps should be taken to lower emissions from the building. Alternatives to the use of non-renewable energy should be implemented. There should be recycling in offices and of anything else that can be recycled even if the data center itself.
