Default Smartphone apps in the data center

Thought I'd ask if anyone has any nice apps they've run across that might help us out in the data center. I know "data center" is a pretty generic term...but thought I'd throw it out anyway.

I've got an android based phone and haven't really found any must-haves yet. I've heard that it is possible to get a bluetooth serial adapter to config hardware via your phone. I've been looking off & on for power references & conversion apps.

There are many at the Amazon.

The Amazon App Store, , has several important implications that go way beyond just another source of Apps for Android phone users.

There is alot of hype about the expected growth of smartphone apps in the next few years. The smartphones are evolving into the application platform.

Here is a link for blackberry apps:

The race is on and we have application developers and mobile vendors elbowing each other to take advantage of this great opportunity.

I actually use my iPad a lot when I'm at work. I use it to RDP to my workstation in the NOC which means for easy ticket replies at the console and also for jotting down notes for a server. For the smartphones, I've seen barcode scanners that can be use for incentivizing individual devices.
