Do you have physical access to the server?. Can you able to connect to any of the port?. Are you the admin or you just have access to on of the port?.

The story is I have bought this APC9211 used and I own it now. I do not have the password so I would like to reset and put it into production. It's sitting in my office. Anyone have anything else besides contacting APC

I believe you can reset that password if you connect your computer directly through it to with its software.

The only solution is to contact apc tech support, they will provide you a factory password if you give them the serial of the apc written on the network adapter.

In most cases if you are directly connected you can login using "apc" as the login and password.

There is actually a master password that you have to use when direct connected (assuming you don't have the actual password) which APCC will give to you over the phone if you tell them your serial number.
